FAQ

When I buy a tutorial what does that mean.

When buying a tutorial what you are paying for is access to watch it as many times as you like for the life of your account. To access the tutorial you have purchased it will be visible through your “My Tutorials” section of your account once you are logged in or it will be visible for you to watch on the site under it’s category.

Will I always have access to my purchased tutorials if I go from a guest to a member.

Yes. When buying tutorials on this site you will always have access to them no matter what account you hold. Should you start as a guest and then become a member and your membership expires your account will be changed back to that of a guest and your purchased tutorials will be accessed from there.

When I buy the tutorial can I receive / download the video file so I can play it on my computer.

At this time we do not offer the facility to download the tutorials video file due to compatibility issues between customers computers and versions of media players.

Can I purchase all your tutorials on DVD if I dont want to join as a member.

The tutorials are only available through being viewed on the website. We do not offer them as a group purchase.

My tutorials take a long time to stream is there a way to make it faster.

The tutorials are sized for optimum viewing resolution and streaming. The issues you are experiencing is a lag in your internet speed. Possibly viewing the tutorial at a smaller size will speed up the process for you. Alternatively you can let the tutorial play for a few seconds and then hit pause. The tutorial will then load into the page and once it is loaded you can then watch without any streaming pauses.

The tutorial wont play and I am being told I need to upgrade my Flash Player.

All the tutorials on the site are played through the Adobe Flash Player for cross platform compatibility for all users. All you need to do is upgrade your player to the latest version and your tutorials will run perfectly. Click here to be taken to the Adobe.com website to download for free the updated version. (We recommend you only update this player from the adobe.com website).
