Waterfalls are fantastic to shoot and they really lend themselves to the creation of the photographer both in capture and development.

We first of all processes the image in Camera RAW paying particular attending to colour contrast. When in Photoshop we look at adding back into the shot the depth and feeling of being under the canopy, adding in selective contrast, shadow and highlights to enhance the overall look and appeal of the image and then boosting the overall colour.

The key with image like this is to develop the shot but to know when to stop and say "Thats enough".
