Soldiers Beach Capture and Edit

Contributor: Matt Lauder

Length: 25.20

Added: 27/04/2010

Category: Masterclasses

We have broken this masterclass in two sections. First we discuss the thought processes and technique that goes into creative water movement capture. The use of shutters speeds, iso, aperture for full DOF, focus point and filters used to get that perfect shutter speed without making other elements of your image suffer.

Now that we have the shot and you understand how it was taken we then process our two selected images in Camera RAW. Then in photoshop we blend together two images to get our water perfect followed by editing the image to keep it looking natural but to also slightly enhance certain elements of the image for our final print ready master file.
