Shooting lightening is a lot of fun, so is processing the images. We take a look at a series of shots taken on the 5D Mark Ii and we processes a few using initially the Joseph Holmes DCAM3 profile for colour rendition and expansion.
Then additional processing is done to reduce capture and low light noise in the image.
The Joseph Holmes DCAM3 is an external colour profile that does not come with Photoshop. An alternative to boosting your colour would be using the LAB mode. See our tutorial LAB Colour and Brightening.
